The American Dental Association recommends the first dental visit at the age of one or at the eruption of the first tooth. It is important to know that this visit will be mostly informative for parents and/or caregivers.  We introduce the child to the office and to the things we use.  We look into their mouth and brush their teeth. It is okay if the child cries or seems scared.  The child will get more comfortable each time they come and soon learn to have fun here!
